All orders are shipped COD unless an open account have been established, Finance charges will be added to past due accounts, There is a $30.00 service charge for all returned checks, plus finance charges until paid in full, All customers must have a valid federal identification number. Shipping and Damage
We ship via FedEx, UPS, truck line or peryour request. All freight charges include insurance charges based on the value of your order. If you do not call us within 7 days of receipt of the item to let us know about damage and, we will not be able to replacement you for free charging
All returns must be assigned a Return Authorization number. This RA number and approval for the return can be given via phone or fax. We will be issue a FedEx pick up for any defective merchandise, if the item was sent you within the last 60 days.
