ALL orders are shipped COD unless an open account has been established. Finance charges will be added to past due account. There is a $30.00 service charge for all returned checks plus a finance charge until paid in full. ALL customers must have a federal tax number. We accept all major credit cards. A minimum order of $50.00 is required for all orders being paid by credit card.

LOGO ENGRAVING

A one time set up fee of $50.00 and a $5.00 charge per instrument engraved is added to the catalog price of the instruments. Engraved private label instruments will be ready 3 days from order

	SHIPPING We ship by the least expensive carrier, using FedEx, UPS or Truck. At your request we can ship using your carrier. All shipments include insurance based on the value of the shipment

	RETURNS All returns will be assigned an RA number. The RA number for the return can be given via phone or FAX. A call tag will be issued for the return. RA'S are only issued within 60 days of shipping
